OVERSEAS CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF

Accountabilities:

1Be familiar with the whole forwarding process and understand the operation .

2Good English skill both in written and spoken, Exchange status information of goods at home and abroad and communicated with foreign partners in English in the form of mail.

3Solve some problems that need to be dealt with by foreign countries and get relevant information needed at home.

4Assist supervisor for overseas service treatment and prevention difficult miscellaneous diseases.

5Have good learning ability and understanding,completes the official duty work.

6Self-motivated, responsible, and actively cooperate with the leadership of the layout of the task


Job Requirements

(1)college or above

(2)CET 4 or above, Basic English communication skillscan communicated with foreign partners in English in the form of mail.

(3)Skilled computer operation, good coordination, strong sense of responsibility, good team work spirit.

(4)The company intends to train relevant talents for overseas job development.


Time to work:14:00-22:00
